Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 12, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TenScan LLC, doing business as FFLScan ("TenScan," "we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, accessing the FFLScan website, or using any FFLScan services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of FFLScan.
Your use of this website and platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms in their entirety, whether or not you create an account.
1. FFL License Requirement
FFLScan is exclusively for licensed Federal Firearms Licensees (FFLs). You must hold a valid, active FFL issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) to create an account or use FFLScan. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- You hold a valid, active Federal Firearms License
- Your FFL has not been revoked, suspended, or is pending revocation
- You are authorized to act on behalf of the FFL holder
- You will notify us immediately if your FFL status changes
We reserve the right to verify your FFL status at any time. If your FFL is found to be invalid, expired, or revoked, your account will be terminated immediately without refund.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You may not share, transfer, or allow others to access your account
- One account per FFL — duplicate accounts may be terminated
3. Subscription, Billing & Refund Policy
Plans & Pricing
FFLScan offers paid subscription plans (Basic, Retail, and Retail Pro) with monthly and annual billing options. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will receive notice of price changes but continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods at our sole discretion. Trial terms, duration, and availability may change at any time without notice. At the end of a trial, your subscription will begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Billing & Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal. Failed payments may result in immediate service interruption.
No Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. TenScan LLC does not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: unused subscription time, mid-cycle cancellation, dissatisfaction with the service, account termination by TenScan, or service interruptions. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
4. No Guarantee of Accuracy — Dealer Responsibility
THIS IS A CRITICAL PROVISION. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
FFLScan aggregates pricing, stock availability, product descriptions, and other data from third-party firearm distributors. TenScan LLC DBA FFLScan makes absolutely no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:
- Pricing accuracy — Prices displayed may be outdated, incorrect, or differ from actual distributor pricing
- Stock or inventory accuracy — Items shown as "in stock" may be unavailable, backordered, or discontinued
- Product information — Descriptions, UPCs, SKUs, specifications, and images may contain errors
- Product images and photographs — Images displayed on FFLScan are sourced directly from distributor feeds and may not accurately represent the actual product received. Photos may depict different variants, colors, configurations, or models than the item available for purchase. TenScan LLC does not verify, edit, or guarantee the accuracy of any product images. It is solely the dealer's responsibility to verify product details, appearance, and specifications directly with the distributor before placing any order. TenScan LLC is not liable for any discrepancy between a product image shown on FFLScan and the actual item received.
- Ordering accuracy — Any orders placed through distributor links or based on FFLScan data may not reflect actual terms, quantities, or pricing
- Alert accuracy — Price alerts, flash sale notifications, and Hot Buys data may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete
- SMS/notification delivery — We do not guarantee delivery or timeliness of any alerts or notifications
It is solely the dealer's responsibility to independently verify all pricing, stock availability, product details, and order information directly with the distributor before placing any order or making any purchasing decision. Any information submitted to distributors, and any information pulled from distributors through FFLScan, must be validated by the dealer. TenScan LLC is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages resulting from reliance on data displayed in FFLScan.
5. Termination & Cancellation by TenScan
TenScan LLC reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and subscription at any time, for any reason, at our sole and absolute discretion, with or without notice and without refund. Reasons for termination include but are not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Invalid, expired, or revoked FFL license
- Suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform
- Activity that we believe may harm TenScan, other users, or distributors
- Failure to pay subscription fees
- Any other reason at our sole discretion
Upon termination, your access to FFLScan ceases immediately. You are not entitled to any refund of prepaid subscription fees. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use FFLScan for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local laws
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or distributor platforms
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly display any data obtained through FFLScan
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of our services
- Use the platform in any manner that violates ATF regulations or federal/state firearms laws
- Misrepresent your identity, FFL status, affiliation, or authorization
- Use FFLScan to facilitate straw purchases or any illegal firearms transactions
- Share screenshots, exports, or data from FFLScan with non-licensed individuals
7. Distributor Credentials & Third-Party Data
If you provide your distributor account credentials, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use those credentials and to grant FFLScan access on your behalf. We store credentials using encryption and use them solely to retrieve pricing information for you.
TenScan LLC is not responsible for: any actions taken by distributors regarding your account, any changes to distributor terms of service, any loss of distributor account access, or any discrepancies between data shown in FFLScan and actual distributor data. You use this feature entirely at your own risk.
8. SMS & Notification Consent
By providing your mobile number within your account settings, you agree to receive SMS notifications from FFLScan related to inventory availability, distributor updates, billing notifications, security alerts, and other account-related communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message, or by updating your account settings. Reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. TenScan LLC is not responsible for any missed alerts, delayed notifications, or actions taken or not taken based on SMS notifications.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, functionality, software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trade names associated with FFLScan are the exclusive property of TenScan LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written consent from TenScan LLC.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TENSCAN LLC DBA FFLSCAN, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE FFLSCAN.
THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, LOST REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF DATA, INCORRECT PRICING INFORMATION, INACCURATE STOCK DATA, INACCURATE OR MISLEADING PRODUCT IMAGES OR PHOTOGRAPHS, PRODUCTS RECEIVED THAT DIFFER FROM IMAGES DISPLAYED, FAILED OR INCORRECT ORDERS, MISSED ALERTS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH FFLSCAN.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TENSCAN LLC IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
FFLSCAN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TENSCAN LLC SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; PRICING OR STOCK DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT; RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE WILL BE RELIABLE; OR ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TenScan LLC DBA FFLScan, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: your use of FFLScan, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, any orders placed based on FFLScan data, any regulatory actions related to your FFL, or your negligence or willful misconduct.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FFLScan shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in the State of Michigan.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All claims must be brought in the parties' individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TenScan LLC regarding your use of FFLScan and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings, whether written or oral.
16. Changes to These Terms
TenScan LLC may modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. We may, but are not obligated to, notify you of material changes. Your continued use of FFLScan after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
17. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile number within your account settings, you agree to receive SMS notifications from FFLScan related to inventory availability, in-stock alerts, distributor updates, billing notifications, security alerts, and other account-related communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
SMS messages are sent by TenScan LLC DBA FFLScan directly to registered FFLScan users for operational and account communication purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
